A GOOD WEEKEND

Hi Michelle,

I visited my cousins in Barcelona last weekend.

I arrived at their flat on Friday night. First we had dinner and then I went to bed. We were all very tired! The next day we played volleyball on the beach. After that we ate in a very nice restaurant. Finally we travelled back home on Sunday afternoon.

I had a great time! I enjoyed seeing my cousins-it was a lot of fun.

Hi Sergi,

I went shopping this weekend.

First I went to the video games shop and I bought a new game. Then I went to the clothes shop and I bought a pair of trousers, a sweater and a t-shirt. After that we had dinner in the new chinese restaurant. It was delicious! Finally I bought a pair of shoes for me, they're green.

I had a very good weekend. I enjoyed very much going shopping with my family

My friend's name is Martí and he's tweleve years old. Martí is intelligent and he likes sport. He likes playing football, but he doesn't like going to school. He spends his time playing football and playing computer games.

MY IDEAL HOME

My ideal home is a wooden house on a tree in the forest. It isn't very big, but it's comfortable. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room, a dinning room and a panoramic balcony where you can see the forest.

At the moment, my mum is in the kitchen making dinner, my dad is working in his bedroom, my sister is in her bedroom chatting on the internet and I'm playing video games in the living room.

My favourite room is the panoramic balcony, it has a little garden with a fantastic view of all the forest and the trees.

Hi, I'm Lluís and I'm from Banyoles in Catalonia. I'm independist, discrete and friendly. I've got brown eyes and brown hair.

I like computer games and I'm into sport, specially ski, rowing and tennis and I also go to painting classes. I don't like very much doing homework and I'm not into football.

Elvis Aaron Presley was born on the 8 of January of 1935 in Tupelo, Missisipi, USA, and he died on the 16 of August of 1977 in Memphis, Tenesse, USA. People called him “The king of rock and roll” because he was a very famous singer, musician and actor. He died when he was 42 years old because of excessive consumption of prescribed drugs.

He practise music and singing when he was 12 years old and he became famous when he was 21 . He haves lots of songs and they were very popular.

He was nominated to 14 Grammy prizes, but he won 3.
